Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information BookedBro collects through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are. We keep it short and in plain English.

Who we are

BookedBro designs and builds websites with online booking for appointment-based businesses in the UK. For this website, BookedBro is the controller of the personal information described below. You can contact us about privacy at any time using the project form on our homepage.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us when you send a project enquiry:

The booking demo on our website is for illustration only. Anything you type into it stays in your browser and is not sent to us or stored.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you, understand your business and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are received and stored by our website hosting and form provider, which processes them on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If we don't go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep the information we need for as long as we work together and for any period the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. To make a request, contact us using the project form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
