Any business that runs on appointments. That includes barbers, hair salons, beauty and nail businesses, tattoo studios, dog groomers, personal trainers, massage therapists, mechanics, car detailers, tutors, photographers, consultants, tradespeople and clinics. If your customers book a time with you, it'll work for you.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the package and how quickly we receive your content, such as your services, prices and photos. We'll agree a timeline with you before any work starts, so you know when to expect your site to go live.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. A custom domain is included from the Pro package. If you already own one we'll connect it, and if you don't we'll help you choose and set one up.
Can I change my services and prices later?
Yes. Add, remove or change services whenever your business changes. Pro includes up to an hour of updates a month and Premium up to three; bigger changes are quoted up front.
Do you host the website?
Yes. Hosting is included in every package, so there's nothing technical for you to set up or manage.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We handle the design, build, booking setup and hosting. You run your business; we look after the website.
Can you move my existing website to BookedBro?
Usually, yes. We'll look at your current site and tell you honestly whether it's better to move your content across or start fresh.
Can I request custom features?
Yes. Bespoke features are part of the Premium package, and if you need something outside our packages we can quote for it separately.
What happens if I need help?
